The Interstate 69 project was a new terrain divided highway approximately 3.5 miles long from Pigeon Creek though the interchange with SR 168 in Gibson County, Indiana. The project included 370,000 cubic yards of common excavation, 400,000 cubic yards of borrow, 128,000 square yards of concrete pavement (4200 cubic yards), 7 concrete beam bridges, a 22’ x 12.5’ three sided box, as well as other box culverts and storm drainage. The project was completed in only 2 construction seasons.
